Entering in, I was greeted with a smile and good morning, I also was told to take my time and if I needed any assistance just wave my hand, I bought a Lovely plush chair that was on sale at half price. The store was very clean and the furniture was Beautiful and affordable, I will be returning to buy more furniture, I shared with family and friends to stop by and see for themselves the lovely furniture and the Great prices, and the knowledgeable and professional staff that doesn't try to pressure you into buying something, they stayed back until I was ready to inquire about certain things, I truly loved that about the staff..🙂💯

Went in looking for a couch had the idea what I wanted. Dawnmarie greeted me seconds after I walked in and the connection was made. She asked how I was doing, what brought me in, how she could help. Dawnmarie’s customer service was impeccable. There was absolutely no pressure to buy she knew I was looking at that point. I visited that store 3 times and she was so patient. I ended up purchasing a sofa. I was keep up to date on the delivery time every step of the way. I WILL be back to Dawnmarie for all of my further furniture purchases.

Our experience with Bright Furniture was very, very good. We quickly needed a replacement for a broken boxspring. We found it at Bright Furniture and Mattress and not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly but the prices were fair and the item in stock . Until later, when the store was about to close did I realize I had made a mistake and had bought the wrong size! I quickly contacted the store and once again found their assistance friendly, she was willing, so close to store closing, to swap for the proper size. I was treated respectfully and very much appreciated the awesome customer service. We will shop there again.
